Fire protection

Preparation of documentation file involves:

• Authority acts on fire protection in accordance with Article 17 - OMAI 163/2007;
• Training topics (general introductory, workplace and periodic) for all training phases, establishing appropriate periodicity for each job;
• Developing training-testing programs in companies, including instructions for fire protection specific to the activity and job;
• The job description with duties relating to fire protection at work;
• Target sheet according to O.M.A.I. 89/ 2013
• Reports made after their preventive controls;
• Annual Evaluation Report of the fire protection level;
• Register of specific records on fire protection records of intervention and evacuation exercises, maintenance schedule and verification systems which is used in case of fire or fire risk, record of work permits for open flames)
• Escape plans

Monthly assistance for emergency situations:

• Checking knowledge and application of all workers for defensive measures in emergency situations
• Identifying, assessing and maintaining records of fire risk areas in the company (according to art.12 b , Law no.307/ 2006)
• Establishing areas that require safety signs in the Emergency domain
• Own preventive internal controls regarding fire protection;
• Checking filling registers of installations detection / signal / firefighting - according to art.18 (g), Order 163/ 2007;
• Drawing records for tracking permits for working with fire – as the case- according to art.18 (h), Order 163/ 2007
• Initiating and participating in intervention exercises, their record, having annexed the conclusions drawn from their performance - according to art.18 (m) , Order 163/ 2007
• Initiating and participating in civil protection exercises and applications and direct management of alarm / evacuation / intervention / limiting actions and removing the consequences of emergency situations – according to art. 28 (d), Law 481/ 2004 and specific documentation
• Participation in special events that may occur (control or other events)
• Drawing responses after checks of the competent state authority and follow up implementation of measures ordered by PSI inspectors, during inspection visits and research events
